Anthea

Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2, 2026

These terms define the agreement between you and us while you use Anthea. By using the app, you accept these terms.

What Anthea is

Anthea is a mindfulness app designed for couples to explore their relationship through daily questions, writing spaces, and analyses.

Anthea is not therapy

Anthea is for personal awareness; it does not replace psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, or any health service. Its content does not remove the need for professional support. If you are in an emergency, or having thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, please call your country's emergency number immediately or reach out to a professional.

Subscriptions and payments

Your content, our content

Everything you write is yours. You grant us only the limited processing permission needed to provide the service (e.g. generating analyses from your answers). Anthea's questions, images, texts, and design are protected by copyright and may not be copied or distributed without permission.

About AI content

Analyses are generated with artificial intelligence. However carefully designed, they may contain conclusions that are wrong, incomplete, or simply not you; read them as invitations, not verdicts. No analysis constitutes professional advice.

Acceptable use

Limitation of liability

Anthea is provided "as is". We cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the app. This section does not remove the statutory rights you hold as a consumer.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts in cases of serious breach of these terms.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the current version is published here with its date, and significant changes are announced inside the app. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
