Approach
My psychological approach rests not on explaining human behavior within a single theoretical framework, but on building a scientific dialogue between the different disciplines that help us understand the human being. Psychology stands at the center of this methodology; biology, anthropology, philosophy, and mythology serve as complementary disciplines, each making a different layer of the same phenomenon visible. Every one of them approaches human behavior from its own perspective — and taken together, they contribute to a more holistic understanding.
Relationships & couples therapy
In relationship and couples therapy, this methodology means seeing a relationship not merely as a way two individuals communicate, but as a dynamic structure where two life stories, two family systems, two biological make-ups, two cultural histories, and two worlds of meaning intersect. Therapy, then, is not just an intervention aimed at the problems on the surface; it is treated as a field of scientific discovery, where the layers that shape how a relationship forms, develops, and transforms are understood together.
No single explanatory model is enough to understand every person or every relationship. Each individual and each relationship carries a context of its own. The aim of therapy is therefore not to hand out ready-made answers, but to understand the person and the relationship within their own dynamics — and to develop new perspectives in the light of scientific knowledge.
Vonyela
Vonyela emerged as a natural extension of this methodology: an independent field of work that forms the shared home of every effort to understand the human being. Essays grounded in scientific research, interdisciplinary assessments, relationship analyses, digital projects, and mobile apps all set out from the same fundamental question:
“How can scientific knowledge help people understand themselves and their relationships?”
Vonyela's aim is not to leave scientific knowledge within the boundaries of academia, but to turn it into accessible tools that find a place in people's everyday lives — tools that help them see themselves, their relationships, and their lives in greater depth.
Technology
“I see technology as one of the new forms of expression for the scientific approach to understanding the human being.”
The mobile apps built in this spirit are designed not merely as technological products, but as the digital continuation of a scientific methodology. The way we live today shows that psychological support also needs tools that are not confined to the therapy room — tools that can accompany a person through daily life. Digital technologies are therefore treated as an important field of work: one that helps make the scientific approach more accessible, more sustainable, and easier to weave into everyday life.
The essays, the apps, and every project yet to come are different expressions of the same methodology.
