Psychotherapy
Let's start looking together.
Family, couples and relationship therapy. The aim is not to hand out ready-made answers, but to understand the person and the relationship within their own dynamics.
The first conversation is free. You shouldn't have to pay to find out whether we're a good fit for each other.
Approach
A relationship is where two worlds intersect
I see a relationship not merely as the way two individuals communicate, but as a dynamic structure where two life stories, two family systems, two biological make-ups, two cultural histories and two worlds of meaning intersect.
Therapy is therefore not just an intervention aimed at the problems on the surface; it is a field of discovery where the layers that shape how a relationship forms, develops and transforms are understood together. No single explanatory model is enough to understand every person or every relationship — each one carries a context of its own.
The interdisciplinary methodology behind this view, and my training, are described in detail on the About page.
Process
How we proceed
- 1
First conversation 30 minutes · free
In the first session we talk together about what brought you here: what you want to change, what you have tried so far. This session is also a mutual fit test — we decide together afterwards whether to continue.
- 2
Regular sessions
The work continues at a set rhythm. What we talk about is not only the events themselves, but the patterns beneath them, the expectations, and the relational habits both sides carry without noticing.
- 3
Review and closing
We review together where we are as the process unfolds. Therapy is not an open-ended bond; as the goal comes closer, sessions grow further apart and the work closes properly.

Let's be clear
What therapy is not
Therapy is not about getting advice, being proven right, or finding a referee. I do not take sides; I try to open room for both of you to be understood. Change happens not in the session room, but in the days between.
If you are in an emergency — thoughts of harming yourself or someone else, violence, or anything threatening your safety — please do not wait for an appointment. In Turkey call 112, or go to the nearest emergency department.
